Cetelco - Hmmmmm I see I have hit a nerve with you here then???

I watched a fantastic programme re "end of the world due to you greedy consumerists" which rang a ring of truth.

I'm flipping sick to my back teeth of being the "squeezed" class in todays soiciety.

I earn too much for any government handy little hand outs or tax breaks but not enough not to cry every budget.

Everything I touch is taxed to an inch of its life and the only thing rising interest rates do for me, is make me wish I had the privalige of savings - because lets face it savings are now for the children and the elderly!!

Theres no pension for me when I retire depsite working all my life - I cant afford to put 6% away each month and besides taking a year out each time to have 3 children would redender any policy useless!!! Its the voluntary Sector for crying out loud - they cant contribute to one!!!!

I thought my home would be my pension, but I guess im going to give half of that over to the tax man as well!! Or sell it so I can be stuck in a home!!

Well thats after Ive worked until Im 90 - because that what the retirement age will be by the time I get there!! But there will be no hips left for me on the Nhs because that shut shop 2 years before.

In utopia Im sure we would all live in eco houses and drive electric cars - but hey I live in the Mountains of Wales, I cant imagin an electtic car getting up some of these hills around here? And what is their travellling distance anyway? Do you know how far the local civic center is?

Im sick of laws & policies being made In London (I love london By the way - this is about the principals - not an attack on Londoners), where they have no thought to people who live in a different environment other than City.

We've got our kids being criminalised for being nothing more than young - is it any wonder why they are so P****d off - i would be!

Everything is bad for you - and your not allowed any fun!!!

Big brother is watching - and the state has become mum!!!

Everything annoys me - but Im too overworked to shout....

Pass me the alcohol, drugs & fags, Its time I was checking out.......

Re: Car Insurance - Rip Off Britain!!

                hi everybody,

i went on a price comparison website to buy car insurance for my mother, six months before a nutter drunk smashed into her car, she made a claim. when i tried to get her insurance online i noticed that they ask if you have made a claim wether at fault or not. as she had made a notat fault claim i had to tick the box, which DOUBLED her premium. i have since noticed that all insurance brokers are doing this on behalf of the 5 or six car insurers in britain, it seems they have collaberated.

they say it is because of bogus claims they are having to do this, but my mothr wasnt bogus, she had a broken forearm.

this action by them is unfair and should not be allowed, think about it, we could all be in this position (the accident) and through no fault of our own be penalised.

i have set up a government e-petition, so far it is just me.

please sign anf we can end this injustice. it is under the topic

stop car insurers collaberation in raising premiums on drivers with a previous non-fault claim

the link is stop car insurers collaberation in raising premiums on drivers with a previous non-fault claim - e-petitions

                THANK YOU AND REGARDS

So you are not really any safer, but your claims cost less. However, the gap is closing and it probably won't be too long before we are all paying the same.

And you are crap at parallel parking.
Isn't that because their husbands have told them that !------------------------------------! really is six inches?

Re: Car Insurance - Rip Off Britain!!

My premium jumped by nearly £200. When I asked why I was told that it was due to all the personal injury claims that are being made and that premiums everywhere have risen 25%-45%.

I have never made a personal injury claim. I have not had an accident yet I have to pay for people who do? Hardly seems fair.
