if you look at sagapals case its going to be pretty much what to expect - I drafted a tomlin there for him as hearing was tmw - but barclays got in first.

Just a quick update- have emailed Barclays a copy of the consent form for their perusal, hoping that they will agree to it as it stands and we can withdraw without incurring costs. Will update asap, and many thanks!!
