Re: business debt past on to collection agencie
How much is currently owed?
When did you last make a payment?
Did you speak to the bank to see if they could reduce your repayments?
Also, was debt secured (if so what was it secured against?) or was unsecured with you as guarantor? Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice. about 26000.00 still owed spoke to bank gave me new loan to pay off old one and clear overdraft bigger loan over longer time smaller payments, but trade kept falling spoke to bank again explained still struggling with to meet payments told could only redo loan once and noting more could be dune, hit and miss with payments, payed when i could contacted by bank told in areas needed to pay more tried but couldn't keep up so stopped paying, haven't payed for about 12 months, bank closed down business accounts and informed me that debt had been past on to zink and to deal with them, they contracted me payed them once 150.00 pounds then stopped thought better do a bit of checking to see where i stand, the loan was unsecured

Re: business debt passed on to collection agency
If this was a business loan what if anything was purchased with it?
Was it used as a deposit on the pub Lease/tenancy ?
The ability of the debtor to pay back the money in their lifetime don't stop these companies chasing a debt or even getting a CCJ. To clear a CCJ my wife is paying she needs to live to be 145 years old for my debts at the same rate I would be several thousand years old

Re: business debt passed on to collection agency
most of the debt was used to clear overdraft at insistence of bank as at the time banks were in the shit and canceling overdrafts, had no choice had to do to Cary on trading, money not used for lease or deposit also found out debt still with barclays contacted told to deal with zink
