      Okay. That's very disappointing. Although hopefully it won't come to that and I'm just over-thinking the situation.

        No problem. You just need to be sure that the company the defendent names in response to your claim is the correct company.

        Although it seems unlikely to me that they'd go to the trouble of disolving the company and reforming another for what I assume is a relatively small amount.

          Not really, that's the whole point of a LIMITED company: limited liability. :ohwell:
