Presumably you are making a claim against the seller of the vehicle for breach of contract as per CRA 2015
If the value is under £10,000 it will be allocated to the small claims track and one doesn't expect solicitors to attend.
Legal solutions, not being a solicitor do not have right of audience in a court anyway.
They will not be attending and will only advise their client on how to manage their defence.
They seem to try and scare claimants off! -

Well that's what we all used to think pt2537, but recently on LB there was a case where the judge refused a Lay Rep to speak!
Can't remember which thread, but I doubt the Lay Rep waved the Act at him as he was probably intimidated.
Anyway Legal solutions aren't likely to turn up anyway as they "specialise" in online assistanceComment

To be honest you shouldn't take any advice from them as they aren't acting for you, they are acting for their client, so it would be daft for them to give you good advice to help you win your case against their client.
The defendant has engaged their services to assist with his case so that, really, is his problem. Don't make it yours.
Where are you actually at with your claim against the dealer/trader ? Presumably you have made the complaint, sent the letter of claim, and have received a ( dodgy ) response from the trader ( via this LS4U company ) ?

You issued the claim to the car dealer's registered address though? ( just checking)
So, you purchased a car from a trader - what happened, what did you do, and what is your claim based upon, and approx how much is it?
Actually, simplest way to see if things are on track might be if you can post your particulars of claim ( remove identifying info), and, possibly your letter of claim. As you're awaiting the other sides defence, you have time to rectify anything if needed or just get a bit of reassurance that LS4U are talking poop which might help reduce the stress levels a bit?
