    Service Level Agreement wording for two and three year contract?

    Sole Trader
    IT Consultant in Education Sector
    I have two customers and I am not looking for any extra as I don't have any free time to give.
    Customers pay on a monthly basis for the year's service, proratered down.

    Hi there,
    I am wishing to lock my customers into a two or three year contract. All are currently on a year long one, but I need a little more financial security as I am purchasing my first property.
    I have discussed it with both of my customers and they are more than happy to agree to this as they don't want to lose me - I seem to be in quite high demand within the district.

    Can anyone give me an idea on the sort of legal wording I need to use?
    I would like to lock them into a two or three year respective contract, but would also like to allow myself to give 3 months notice to stop providing the service, if I needed to.

    Simply change the term on the existing contract to 3 years from 1.

    And in the termination clause add - <<The Party(you)>> may give 3 months notice to terminate this agreement at any time to <<The Pary(them)>>.
