Quite a lot of dicussion over those two HM passport Office letters.... the judge convinced they were fake, so we really need to push the HMPO to confirm/deny those, as they kind of drag everything else he says into murky water.
It occurred to me that both HMPO letters are addressed to 'Amanda Kirkman' and presumably in response to a complaint made by 'her'.

So it's possible that at least one of the letters were both written by and sent to fictitious people.

Yes. If they are or were ever genuine in some form or another, the copies I saw certainly don't look it.

I know. I put that to him (outside the courtroom unfortunately) but he shrugged it off claiming it's not illegal to use an alias.

The Claimant or Defendant can apply to the Court using an EX107 for the transcript of the Hearing and Judgment if needed. Its nice and simple

Massive congratulations, Alex! A fantastic victory. Well done for staying the course. I love the pics on the blog, as well, lol.

How was he in person? Did he strike you as cool, calm and in full knowledge that he was treading a fine line...or did he seem deluded into believing his own BS?

How about if you're neither the defendant or claimant?

Re: *** WON WON WON *** AlexY v BPS - HEARING 7th May

Just been in the phone to the Trading Standards chap, he is so keen to get all my paperwork together. My printer had run out of ink and I couldn't give him a copy of my BPS invoice but I said I would email it. He has been emailing for two days and just rang me chasing it. I happened to mention you won your case Alex and told him RH turned up, he was really pleased and said this all adds weight to their case. They have a Barrister working on it. I mentioned Daily Mail Jeff man is running Follow up and he wants to know what day? Can anybody tell me did somebody say this Sunday?

Hi the Trading Standards guy is coming to my house on Wednesday after lunch. He has asked if I can collate copies of all correspondence and texts for him to take away. He is seeing another person in the morning regarding UK services and two tomorrow. I am sure he called himself Russell Watson Amethyst. Will report back what he asks and how I get on relaying my experience.
