The Limitation Act 1980 does not apply in Scotland where the OP lives and the Prescription and Limitation (Scotland) Act 1973 applies instead.

The problem is the address on the letter is

Post code BX5 5AB does not exist googling the post seems to show
A false postal address to send any reply’s to
Meaning that they would not receive the harassment letter
Any ideas on the correct address

There is no problem with the address, BX5 5AB is a non geographical postcode for a central post room which they pay Royal Mail for, several banks also have BX postcodes. Using a different address / postcode will delay your mail.
