Wondering if there any moves a foot to sue Atos by people who have been through their medical mill, suffering when they have been told they can work
I'm enquiring on behalf of somebody who as suffered a lot of personal distress at the hands of Atos,even to the point of considering suicide
They appealed and lost and won the second time, the judge virtually threw the case out.
He worked on a building site for over 30 years certainly no scrounger until his health failed and doesn't deserve been treated like a piece of rubbish. Even after winning the appeal they had to fight to receive the benefits they are entitled to putting further strain on him and his wife
