    Re: www.checkmybenefits.co.uk & www.mybenefitschecker.co.uk - Cons?

    Had this back from MOJ:

Hi Nick - this type of claims area doesn't fall within any of the types of claims sectors that we cover.

In terms of regulation, it would be the local trading standards service which looks like it is West Yorkshire TS. If there are any problems with the business (misleading marketing, unfair contracts, problems with service) then that would be the place to go (and to the local TS of any other similar business).

    Thanks

    Mike

      Just seen this thread

Jade Marshall is the daughter of Trevor Marshall of Credit Compensation GB Limited.

Look here for information about them!

Power House Media Limited's previous directors were Samantha Poole and Laura Atherton, the latter only lasting 3 weeks.

Samantha Poole has been a director of several companies associated with Darren Vause

Mr Vause does not appear to be mentioned on there as part of My Benefits Ccecker Ltd

A little snippit from the info provided above

I reported this last January and expressed some surprise that the Ministry of Justice would be happy to license a claims management business that is run by people whose previous firm owes the Government a six-figure sum.'

No doubt the MOJ will have had their little cut and so it seems no one else matters.
