I've heard today that as of 1st May 2012 to continue claiming WTC you need to increase hours worked from 16 to 24, though from the little info I have got on google, it would appear this might only affect couples.
I am a single mum working 16 hours, and though wouldn't have a problem with working 24 hours it will prove difficult with childcare hours that are available and just the simple fact that my employer doesn't have another 9 hours work to give me.
Anyway can anyone clarify this?
