    j ust recieved aletter from 1st credit asking me to phone them about a personal matter .I have no intention to phone the firm but it says in the letter if i dont phone them within 10 days they will assume iam the individual in question and send me the relevant correspondance anyway. the only debt i can think of is a alleged dwp overpayment in 1993. ihave already seen off one dca namely fairfax solicitors as their could not supply me with any documentation . whattodo in this matter anyone have any ideas?

    They are full of their own sh ite and self importance, file it under I for ignore, let them write again and we can go from there.
