  • Require help with what to do after winning court case

    Requiring surgery back in 2018/19
the UC stopped my payments wrongfully I have won my appeal in the HMcTS. Courts process

yet my benefits have not been fully paid out
my losses including income lost after being forced to move or any compensation has yet to be recovered.

we are talking high 6 figures but I require a legal team to take on the case.

what’s the point of the courts and tribunal service if you win and nothing is sorted?

Is this the same issue as on the other thread you started today? I assume it is. Please don't start multiple threads, it just gets confusing for people replying to you.

When you say "I have won my appeal in the HMcTS. Courts process" which court was that? Was it the First Tier Tribunal for benefits appeals (the Social Entitlement Chamber)?

So they ruled that your UC should be reinstated. Have DWP paid you arrears of UC yet?

You also want "my losses including income lost after being forced to move or any compensation has yet to be recovered". Has any court considered your claim for those costs? Did they direct the DWP to pay you lost income and compensation of (by your reckoning) "high 6 figures",so £500,000+ ?

I certainly did read it but I also then read your "tarts ass" comments and that became my focus and remains so. My advice is to go and see another solicitor and pay for the privilege of insulting them.
