lt54 dwp form

Does anyone know if the dwp can include capital not covered by the original decision in form lt54 when they work out the amount owed for an of overpayment?

Yes, if the DWP become aware of certain capital not known to them when the original decision was made, they will take it into account when reviewing their decision.
