I don't know If anyone has any advice here but I have a friend who is very poorly with COPD. He has just been discharged from hospital with an oxygen machine. He is 45yra old. The problem is he has been unable to maintain his flat and it is a dire mess. He has also been a bit of a border in the past. I gave tried to help my doing the washing up ect but it really needs a professional as I don't have transport to tip it or funds to skip it. Any ideas grearfully received. Thanks.
