Universal Credit, LCRWA and Carers Allowance

Hi, hopefully this isn't too complicated a question but I am struggling to find the answer.
if someone on UC with LCWRA and enhanced rates for both PIP components will they suffer any reduction in their benefits if someone claims Carers Allowance as their Carer?
