In 1998 bought kitchen from Moben.Disaster!Took six weeks instead of 3 days.Complained and received a sum of about £250 compensation.I am convinced that we paid over the top on our finance deal to ensure we got the kitchen. Also sure we signed up for PPI.Unfortunately after several attempts to get money back years ago i threw away all paperwork. All i have is a Bank statement from 2003 showing Direct Debit payments to Sterling Credit and a final payment cheque in Oct/Nov 2006.I learnt that Moben went into liquidation and had no luck with Sterling credit.Could anyone advise me as to whether i coul still claim somehow?
