Hello,
We used this PPI company who offered almost no value apart from sending us a form to fill in many moons ago, all chasing since then has been done by us with any settlement figure negotiated outside of this firm due to Santander dealing with us directly and appearing to refuse to communicate with the PPI firm.
We are now being sent letters like this with the interesting element being that in red which appears to confirm that they have no idea what is going on and are implying simply by a duration of time passing that we now owe them their 15% for sending us a form that they would forward on.
Based on the content of this letter, should payment be sent to them?.
Given they have been out of the loop for the entire process, what action could follow if we ignore this letter?
