Hi All,,
I'm with Lloyds Bank and had ppi with 3 loans with them, I put in complaints and one came back upheld in October time, the other two were not.
When I was looking through the letters they sent me, I noticed that one loan was taken when I was 17, in full time education and working part time in 1991.
I asked this to be looked into again and for my complaint to be rreopened in October, In December and had lloyds employee phone me to double check the information etc at the time of the loan, which I told him.
Today I receive a letter upholding the loan and part of the loan that was already upheld in October, it says 24 payments were paid of ppi of the loan when i was 17, it doesnt seem right , as it was taken out in 1991 and stopped 1997, total being offered by lloyds £388.
The man I spoke to in December kept saying they had a loan for 1995, which i know i didn;t, as i spoke to the lloyds ppi helpline, and they gave me the dates for all 3 loans.
I want to go straight to martin Green now, as I'm bored of going round in circles, how do I do this email or letter?
