I put claim in through a company over 3 years ago all claims were a success apart from 1 which was Citi si I thought this was the end of the claim I have not heard from claimeasy for three years then citi said they were reviewing my ppi and agreed to make a payment three days later received letter off claimeasy saying wanted money I don't feel that they are entitled to this and am seeking advice meanwhile claimeasy will not leave me alone one even told me I had to pay money in seven days to which I replied I had not even had money yet he did gt quite angry with me so I put phone down please any advice appreciated

So just to confirm, Claimeasy put a claim in to Citi for you and it was rejected by Citi 3 years ago. Then Citi reviewed the claim on their own initiative and upheld it.

Did you ever get (and still have) notification from Claimeasy that the original Citi claim was unsuccessful?

Also could you post up the text of the letter from Citi informing you they were reviewing you PPI?
