  • ppi claim - halifax won't budge - ombudsman or pass to ppi claim company?

    Hi,
Ive said it all in the title really, I was dissapointed to be unsuccesful with the halifax despite giving more information and sending a seperate letter to the chief executive of the halifax.

Anyway, they wont budge and I need to decide - Ombudsman or PPI claims company?

I was definitely mis-sold PPI having been told I would need it for the bank to entertain my loan application, as well as being led to believe I had redundancy cover, then after 9 years paying off a 10 year loan, I lost my job and only then found out that it wasnt even included in the policy!!

    Any advice, please?

    Thanks
    Les

Ombudsman. There is no evidence that claims companies do a better job of getting a reclaim than you can!
