Query - After accepting a settlement - MBNA

Hello people,

I successfully won a PPI claim from MBNA which was £1,533

Recently just read in the news reports couple days ago that MBNA were the worst in offering significantly lower offers :

Am i able to try and claim for more , or as i have already accepted a payment, case is now concrete closed and shut.

I doubt there is much chance of another pay out.
What makes you think you may be entitled to more?
What were the terms of your award " in full and final settlement of your claim?

Hi,

Did actually read the "in full terms" only going by what was on the news recently.

For example, people who are not wise to this, could be thinking the initial offer is exactly what they are entitled to , but are not aware one could be entitled to more ?

I dont hold any chance of hope in getting more, just wondered ?

Understand MBNA are presently being investigated by the FCA /FOS for underpaying PPI redress.
