    Hi I made a full and final offer on a nat west card debt was for roughly 5k offered £800 which was accepted as a f&f and the account was closed my credit file shows a zero ballence just had an offer from them on my ppi claim of £1.040.00 but the letter says that they are gonna offset it on the settled account can they do this

      A full & final settlement doesn't usually write off the debt, the lender is just agreeing not to take any action to enforce the remains of the debt. So yes, they would normally have a right to set off the PPI claim against it.
