    Hi al

    Mum is wanting to claim back the PPI from my Dads Egg loan. Dad passed away in 2007 and Mum has no paperwork at all (well, can't find it!!). I have been advised that she can do so under the Limitations Act - but how does she find out the details of the loan and PPI??

    Can she obtain a credit report in his name? and will it show from around 10 years ago??

        You need to send off a Subject Access Request (costs £10)
