Deberhams store card

Help, has anyone claimed back pip from there deberhams store card I have trie and was told I had ticked a box this was years ago, I replied that I did not need poi as I was a widow and had a pension. Who do I get in touch with to help with my claim

I am also trying to do one for my missus - Shes got this Extra Care Insurance, and she has certainly NOT ticked or asked for any PPI.

Have you got anywhere with it,I got in touch with Santander the company that bought out ge bank but have not got any further
