  • PPI- MBNA understanding full breakdown calculations.

After receiving a final response letter and cheque for £1779.00 we asked for full breakdown of the calculations. ppi was mis-sold on Feb 1998 and last used the card June 2010. The information came with the first two years missing. In a column that says net PPI, between 21 May 2003 to 23 May 2006 there were no PPI charges even when card was used. PPI charges then restart again. I don't really understand what the column titles mean. Under reconstructed payment sub title Type shows an M or F what does this mean? Any help would be gratefully appreciated. I have since requested a full SARS will this make it any clearer.

I got a cheque from MBNA for £1500, I know this is lower than the true amount whatever it is, got cheque few days ago... says this is full and final and case close.

should I ask for breakdown and demand more ?
