    i am about to send off my letter of claim for mis-sold PPI.

    If anybody has time to have a look at it, and make a comment as to its suitability/content, I am happy to make changes and then I would be a bit more relaxed that I have got my point across.

    it looks good but I would certainly recommend removing your address and name from forum.
