Hi legal beagles
this is going to sound a bit dim, but bear with me.
I'm doing some long needed house tidying. I've come across paperwork for an old secured loan. reading through it, i have come across this sentence in the comments box
'£loan amount' - repayment of personal finance, net of insurance premium refunds.
now what on earth that does mean? i have thoroughly checked the pages of the application and there is not a box anywhere on the form to indicate a choice as to PPI.
what an odd comment for the loan provider to make.
i can confirm that i have never had a PPI refund from this provider - I've never even asked for one! i do not recall any discussion for prior PPI with the provider, and certainly knew nothing of the fuss PPI would cause at the time i took the loan out over 10 year ago.
can anyone shed any light so that i can file the doc away.
