I think there is more than one scandal lurking here.
I 've the displeasure in dealing with Satans as Chair or a large charity, calling the business centre re the failure of statements being supplied, the oik on the phone answers " Watcha mate wot can I do you for, ill trained and clueless.

Interest " special rate" for charities 0.25% needless to say we no longer bank with Satan.

Santander needs a good scandal, that is for sure.
I recently visited the Ombudsman to meet the team
We had a good chat and I particularly discussed our favourite Santander.
Santander's behaviour is really beyond believe. It is hard to imagine that such an organisation can exist here and now and treat their customers the way they do.
