Loans.co.uk brokered a loan to me from Firstplus in 2004 and mis sold me ppi, I complained to Firstplus in 2009 and they agreed to pay me with interest. Then a few days letter said they had reviewed this and that they now wont pay out as it's Loans.co.uk responsibility. Yes you guessed it loans.co.uk refused to pay. Went to FOS who after 4+ years of looking in to it said they have no jurisdiction due to date......!

Anything more I can do????

You may have to look to litigation, but you will have to be sure as which company took the premium (s) and be very sure of the reason for claiming mis selling.
