  • ppi letter to nat west

I have had huge problems with nat west recalling a loan and have entered into a agreed payment plan.I sent them a ppi letter as we are self employed ,thought it was worth a try to get balance reduced. They have no record of loan agreement its been lost BUT we have to make payments as they have legal charge on commercial property we own.How do we check if theres ppi if they cant find loan agreement They have replied to ppi letter saying they cant find details even though we are making payment to recovery section, to make matters more complicated they wont accept full and final offer although the monthly plan suits us at moment. Talk about have your cake and eat it . Where can we go from here any tips please

    Hi

Have you tried sending a Subject access request (SAR) letter for all your info on the account(s) you held/hold with them?

Let us know if you wish to do this, and we can post up the template for you...

Yes please but not sure what this will achieve with the loan being secured .

Hang on, is the loan still active? So you have already tried the request for the agreement route by enclosing the £1 to do this, they have 12 days to comply to this request, especially if you have paid, and was it the data dept you requested for the agreement?

I havent tried the sar route .I have written asking for loan agreement and they have lost it I have this in writing , they can find the agreement for securing charge against business premises. They called in our loan early and business overdraft although we had equity tied up in house we were selling.
