  • Easyjet/Citi Bank/Opus PPi reclaim

Hi, I am after some advice please:
I have just found out today that I have been paying PPi on my opus card which was originally an easyjet mastercard who then were taken over by Citi financial.
I was on a repayment plan with opus as I got into financial difficulty, I phoned them today to check if I had had any PPi on the account and he said yes I did have it, the dates he gave me for paying PPI were from 8/5/2008 to the 7/12/2010. I asked was I paying PPI when the card was with Easyjet but he couldn't tell me.
Can some tell me who do I make a claim to and how can I check if I had paid PPi when it was an easyjet mastercard ?
Also has anyone had any success claiming PPi from opus?
And also which template letter should I use.
Thanks so much for any advice
    Sammy

    Hi Sammy

Have you older contact details of when it was with easyjet? Maybe there is an office address on the paperwork or statements.

I assume they Citi financial are citi bank and have the link below, on the link you will find where to complain about ppi...
    http://www.citibank.co.uk/personal/b...oans/loans.htm

I've not had dealings with these myself but I expect someone have and will hopefully post up soon, good luck! :tinysmile_twink_t2:
