Blemain Finance PPI Claim

Good Afternoon All,
Looking for some fresh idea's/advice as I am determined to get my refund of £2757.00...would therefore appreciate any pointers.
Having already been not surprisingly un-successful with Blemain Finance themselves I have since logged my complaint with the FOS who after a year wrote back saying that they were unable to find any evidence of a link between Blemain Finance and Compass who acted as their agent when setting up my loan and PPI back in December 2004.Therefore the FOS are unable to pursue my complaint.
Blemain are denying any wrongdoing and are putting the blame firmly at the feet of Compass who acted as the agent when I took out this loan.
I have again written to Blemain requesting one last time that they re-consider refunding the mis sold PPI I then intend taking this to court as a matter of principle.
However I am open to any fresh ideas on what I should consider.

Hi and welcome

This always seems the case when the FOS are left to deal with the underwriter, they come back 90% or more of the time to say they not able to establish the relationship blah blah.
Why dont you give it a go yourself to the underwriter, myself and many have done this and some of us succeeded.

thanks for your response,already tried that before logging my complaint with FOS,my letter was returned by post office as Compass Finance no longer trade from Rossendale,Lancs......thing is there are 4 interested parties involved,Compass Finance who acted as the sign up agent for my Loan,Blemain Finance who supplied the loan,Aviva Insurance unsure of their involvement and Premier Writers unsure of their involvement.....the way I see it is that Blemain Finance have handed over £2757.00 to one of those companies.?....To me it should be Blemain Finance that are accountable for this amount and it should be for them to chase one of the other 3 parties involved.When FOS investigated all 4 companies,they summarised by saying that they believe that either Blemain Finance or Compass are more culperble.Its pretty disappointing that here we have a very blatant case of mis-selling and the very people who should be protecting us consumers (FOS)have turned their back on me.Another disturbing thing is that although my loan agreement was over 10years this PPI policy only covered the first 3 years of the loan period,totally useless and not needed.
I am more than determined to get this money returned,it's not so much the money it's the principle for me now.
Blemain Finance are one of the worst companies to get involved with.
