PPi - Rejected by FOS - Nat West CC - now what can i do?

After nearly 2 years of waiting for a decision i have been told FOS will not be upholding my complaint with NW. It says if i disagree with the assessment i have until 8th October 2014 to return their form. any advice on what to do next as I'm really really disappointed. I find the answers to my points by the assessor very misleading - i feel the assessor contradicts herself on 2 of my points and has not acknowledged all of my issues. One being that i already a Payment Shield Insurance policy taken out before i took the credit card so would not have needed PPI on a CC at the time.
Anyway any advice / direction would be most grateful.
