wonder if anyone could help me please? Has anyone ever been successful with a PPI reclaim from UDT?

I have sent a SAR to Black Horse on two occasions with no success.

Was this the address you used?

Do you have details of the CEO? I can try finding them for you and if they fail to comply to the SAR you can report/complain to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), I can dig out a SAR reminder template for you if you dont have this, that states the ICO you will be contacting if they fail to comply.
I take it they not taken any SAR payment then?
