Will my ppi refund be offset

Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on the following. I made a succesful claim for Thee loans which are alL paid up fully. I have now recieved a letter back saying I will recieve a cheque within 28 days or payment into account. I no longer have an account as this is in arrears and has been passed onto cabot but I do have a loan with no ppi with which is under a d.m.p.. Will or can my refund be offset against my current loan ??
