Help we have used a claim company to make a PPI claim it ha been on going for approx. 4 years the FOM found in our favour back in 2012 .We had a claim back in December form the loan company we accepted this via a letter to our claims company ,after numerous phone calls to them still no payment we are thinking about going to a small claims court but are not sure how we stand via the claims company fees if anyone knows please respond thanks

So sorry for the delay in responding.
I would put in a complaint to the Claims Company Management Regulation (Ministry of Justice) MOJ

Google them in and you should find an email.

We dont usually deal or suggest claims companies, but did you sign paperwork with them in regards of the fees etc?
