Thank you Brazza all we be told is the claim is a valid claim , it was pass cal stage and now back with the case handle

it was for a credit card dated 1999 to end 2004 it had a balance of 7500 on it so no clue wot sum will be

we also waiting for claystake bank to get bsck to us thst has been upheld by fos and now in cal stsge with claystale bsnk that one. Is a mix of six loans tally 12 grand and a Visa card of 4000 grand

I assume if ppi claims pass cal stage it's been up held ,,

No probs and fingers crossed for you as it could be a nice tidy sum. Do you have all the statements for that period ?

I believe so, but with my MBNA it was not originally up-held but out of the blue I got a letter a couple of days ago to say it had been reviewed and cheque will be sent within 28 days.

No statments we moved about abit hubby in forces so we bin old stuff on moves etc

it be nice to get any thing back middle of buying a house o be good to pay legal coats etc with it lol


we did get a natest back not long ago credit card was 500 had 6 years got 1400


just waitibg on mnba and cystale bank now not sure wot we get back but be nice we do etc

Cheers just had a letter of mnba giving back just short of three grand ( was for a Visa card of 7000 grand ) should get in 28 days

cystale bank sent offer out just waiting reckon be about the same as that was for 6 loans tally to 7000 and a visa of 4000 grand
