  • Bank of Scotland and MBNA ppi

My account with the Bk of Scot was transferred to MBNA in Aug 06.
Without my knowledge ppi was added in 2002. I discovered the ppi
in April 09. I made it clear I had not had ppi on this account.
5 years later it is still going on. Bk of Scot refunded ppi + interest
+ comp. MBNA refunded ppi but only a small part of interest.
After 18 months I refused to make another payment until my accont was put right. In Sept 10 MBNA sold my account to debt collectors.
The account was re-calculated without ppi It was in credit Sept 08.
What should I do now ?

    Hiya

did you ask them why they only refunded the part interest?

Have you come to a payment arrangement with the debt collections dept?
