Gap insurance

When I got gap on a car loan through welcome in 2006 I wasn't asked if I drove I didn't hold a car lienance. I wasn't ask if I drove ( got car for a ex ).

I trying reclaim back gap back was told I needed to get loan alongside breakdown and ppi ( ppi won)
i looked into gap and far iam aware for gap u need a valid driving lenience ,and full car insurance of course I didt have as I couldn't drive nor was on my ex insurance with the other reasons ie told I needed it to get loan etc and fact I had no vaild driving licence taking loan out and still don't was gap miss sold thanks in advance

also I trying claim brake down cover total 750 but I made a claim on it for 34 pound I used as told I needed to get car loan approved so it was on my loan can I still claim this back even small claim on it,

I would certainly give it a go, the fact that you never drove or even had a licence then the GAP insurance was worthless to you.

In regards of the breakdown, they could come back to say as a successful claim was made, even it was just for £34, have you tried making a reclaim on this anyway? x
