Question : I do not have any documentation regarding Loans .co.uk were the broker? all the information i have is related to First Plus???

Advice needed, received my rejection letter and there final response from Loans .co.uk, since the loan was taken out in 1999 and not covered by by the FOS what can i do now? or what is now available to me on my next course of action if any?
I have heard you can write to the CEO?
