  • PPI Virgin Help Please

    Hi, i am sure this has been answered many times but as every claim if different i thought a new post would be good.

    I have applied directly to Virgin for PPi on a 2007 credit card. I have had a standard letter back saying I took the PPI over the phone 2 weeks after I got the card, and that I would have opted in and said yes in all the right places therefore no claim.


    a) I dont remember doing so

    b) do i now forget it?

    any help

    Suggest, that you make a FULL Subject Access Request (SAR) requesting all historic data relating to the account (£10) and;
    make a section 78 CCA request for a copy of the true executed copy of the Credit Agreement (£1)
