    Hello i'm having the exact same problem,
    I took car finance out with balckhorse around seven years ago through a car dealership in castleford called ellis's.. www.ellisofcastleford.co.uk
    I'm trying to tracing my old account with blackhorse to reclaim my PPI , is it best to start at the bank even though my accounts been closed a while now?
