Hi All,
I was just wondering what peoples thoughts were on reclaiming PPI on Statute Barred debts. I got into a little financial difficulty in 2005 and was unable to pay my debts. They are now almost all Statute Barred and I am starting to get a glut of PPI reclaiming letters from the original creditors advising that PPI was included and advising me to reclaim.
I was just worried that if I reclaimed I may be somehow admitting the debt or restarting the clock
It just seems a bit like a trap, and I think I would rather let sleeping dogs lie than try to reclaim, but wondered what others thought.
