PPI claim companies that would research your credit history

Hello All, Just quick Question. Are there any decent PPI claim companies that would research your credit history and do all the work for you. Reason I ask I that I have had old mortgage endowment and cards way way in the past and forgot who all with.

Why would you want to use a Claims Management Company that would charge you for doing something you can do yourself?
This forum has an excellent PPI team :first: on board that could help you with your claims, all you have to do is post your questions. :typing:

You can research your credit history yourself, CMCs wouldn't have access to any information you can't obtain yourself. Credit history only goes back 6 years.

So all potential loans/cards and the like would be listed on my credit history.
Without any paperwork to hand, how would i know if i have been paying PPI ?

You could SAR any or all the ones you find cost a tenner not a lot to lose but a lot to gain?
Beats paying 30% plus VAT
