I have just checked the authorised business search with the MOJ for this CMC and nothing shows up. https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/noresults.aspx - so is it an in house operation for LLoyds for claiming back mis-sold PPI? AC if they do not have a MOJ authorisation number they should be reported to the MOJ immediately.
