  • PPI Credit Cards

I have been successful in claiming the PPI on Bank Loans from Lloyds, however the PPI on my Lloyds Credit Card was rejected, can I link the two by saying that if they accept the liability on one account then surely it follows they must accept the liability on all the accounts

    Re: PPI Credit Cards

    Hi and welcome

It is more difficult on Credit Card PPI than loan PPI, because the cover list is slightly different, such as with most of them, even if unemployed they usually come back to say "still covered for life cover and job solutions" etc.
I would write back and tell them you are disappointed with the rejection of your Credit Card PPI complaint, as you made the complaint on genuine grounds.
Then state that even if the cover supposedly covered you for eg: unemployment/sickness, I have been paying for a cover in full each month but do not benefit for absolutely each one listed.

May I ask why they rejected your complaint? what reason(s) did they give? we can work on this from there, cheers.
