    With mine I worded it so I was not actually directly putting the full liabilities on them, but to state they did basically have a part of it.
    You will just have to word it with the reasons you have given the broker etc and as they are unable to deal with it, due to non-regulation, well it's highly likely the underwriter also in your case were.

    So just change/tweak it to your requirements really

      I would write to your CEO by using the letter if you find it may help you, and as said above tweak to your reasons/requirements, but also add his complaints team overlooked your complaint, and you wish for him/her to review this for you etc......

        Yes I will re-word it accordingly and specific to the GE Money including the Broker. I give it one more shot. If they say no, they will know tat there is nothing else I can do.

          Surely GE Money were the lender, loans were the broker and someone else was the under writer? I am in the same position as you and GE were the lender, loans were the broker and Cigna were the underwriter!! Would be nice to see where you got with this complaint mind!!
