Thanks di30, Blackhorse have sent a copy of the letter to Benfield Ford Motors and I am awaiting there reply. I let FOS deal with it now as I feel Benfield will pass it back to Blackhorse. But on the FOS question they sent me I put both Blackhorse and Benfield on anyway. I just have to wait. It should not take long as it is Gap Insurance and not PPI.

Hello just an update, the FOS has not upheld my complaint as they said Blackhorse was not there at the point of sale. FOS said its the Dealership I need to aim my complaint to, so I have. Lets see what happens with that. On a side note I heard nothing from the Dealership and now my complaints is with them and not the under writer.
