they say it is time barred and before an act in 2005 so they aren't going to refund anything.

I am hoping to find my info I sent to the Catalogue business in order for them to have paid out but from what I can recall Account cover is similar to that of PPI but just named differently, for example if you came out of work then a claim can be made, i will do my best to find my details x
